This is due at time of treatment. We accept credit, debit cards or cash.
Please warn us if your pet has shown aggression to strangers before.
We reserve the right to refuse treatment if a visit becomes unsafe. We will provide advice on alternative treatment options.
Liaising with other practices
If we’ve not seen your pet before, we’ll request a history from your regular/previous practice. We’ll inform them or any treatment and medication given.
We are not an emergency service. If you think your pet needs emergency treatment please go your nearest veterinary practice with emergency facilities.
Whilst we make every effort to send out vaccination reminders, the responsibility to keep them up to date remains with you.
We strongly recommend getting your pet insured. Please ask for details about insurance if you do not have a policy in place.
We offer free written prescription if you prefer to buy your medicine elsewhere.
