Can I send text, email and voicemail messages after-hours?

Please be aware that texts, emails and mobile voicemail messages are not accessed outside our routine business hours. We’ll do our best to get back in touch with you as soon as possible.

Can I be registered with more than one vet?

Yes, absolutely and we would always recommend choosing the most appropriate needs of your pet.

It’s important that all vets treating a pet keep each other updated of what they’ve done previously.

Opening hours

Monday-Friday 9am-6pm.

Appointments outside these times by prior arrangement.

Please call us if you are ever unsure how much a service costs and we’ll provide an estimate.

How do I know if a case is suitable for being seen in the home environment?

If you’re not sure, just call us or send a message and we’ll contact you. Sometimes we may advise you that it’s best to go to a practice with operating facilities, or one that has specialised equipment, if we feel this is in your pet’s best interest.

Emergencies

We provide emergency treatment for all services we have administered. As we are a limited service provider, and do not have surgical facilities, we may refer to you a practice that does have surgical facilities.

If we’ve not seen your pet before we would always recommend choosing the vet that’s best suited to seeing your pet at the time.

Payment

We accept payment using Cash, Credit Card, Debit Card, Contactless, Apple Pay, Android Pay and Samsung Pay
