I have had a varied career always working with people and striving to provide excellent customer service.
I worked for NatWest for 18 years before joining Derbyshire county council and working in various roles in schools and offices. I then spent 8 years as a support worker working with adults with learning disabilities and challenging behaviours. When these centres were closed I went to work at Call Derbyshire before joining the pdsa hospital as a receptionist. I joined vetcare in the summer of 2026. Helping with High Peak clients and assisting in the crematorium.
I grew up with dogs, rabbits and fish. My favourite animal is a donkey and I have one that I sponsor.
My hobbies are travelling, reading, theatre and concerts.
